Hey everyone, looking for some feedback on this model im working on for a personal product.

The theme is world of warcraft gnomish technology.

I think im mostly done this particular model, but im looking for feedback as to anything that needs improving and if the texture/colors work well or not. It is not currently animated, but its going to be in the completed project.

Model is 4346 triangles, made in maya

I do see a few glitchy texture problems on the poly edges, but im not sure how to fix those, so if anyone has some suggestions for that id appreciate it.

hey,

here are the crits...

1. Could we see some wires? i'm sure some optimization could be done here as that seems like a pretty hi poly count for what i'm seeing.

2. the texture looks a little flat. there don't seem to be hardly any highlights on it at all. add some highlights and darker shadows. then play with the levels until you get something that really "pops".

3. I think the design could perhaps be pushed a little more towards being wacky and stylised

4. The texture shoulb also look a little more hand painted to fit into the Warcraft world.

5. There's no need to have such a big empty background. Cropping the image would bring more focus to the model.
