Well for one it looks as if all of your coloring is on one layer
also you should try and use diffrent brush sizes. .

if your going for a realistic environment a good exersize is finding a real photo and just trying to copy it in photoshop using diffrent brushes and colors.

ur on a good start. Keep at it.
