View Full Version : Exporting TGA file using texporter
Torm3nt 10-19-2003, 08:16 AM in the texporter help file, it says to click the 'save' icon, and you can export the texture map to .tga format. I've looked everywhere, and the only save button I can find, is either in the 'file' menu in texporter, or the save button in the parameters roll out. Now, that's all fine and dandy, except that I can't save the map as a TGA file.
any ideas?

It seems to me you are confusing the Unwrap UVW modifier with Texporter. Texporter is a Utility located under the Utilities tab and has no File menu or Parameters rollout. Of course, it must be installed under \Plugins by downloading from http://www.cuneytozdas.com first...
The icon to save to any format has the form of a floppy disk and is the first from the left in the Virtual Frame Buffer that will appear when you pick an object to Texport.
Hope this help...
Cheers,
Bobo
