Bit late to the party but decided today I will try anyway.
Here's the concept. I was looking mostly at cavalry soldiers and civil war uniforms (with a touch of Assasins Creed for the armour) when doing the color shemes. The face won't go octopus (even though it looks like it now). But definitely something fishy.
