View Full Version : Odd artifacts with mia_matX, need help.

I have a shirt modeled and I applied a mia_material_x to it but when I rendered it, it looks messed up.

Here it is with the mia_matx:

And here it is replaced with a phong mat:

I also created a new scene, imported the shirt and applied a new mia_matx with the same settings. This is how it should look.

How do I fix this?

It looks like you're using a shiny, reflective shader for your shirt. The abdomen stuff is simply overlapping geometry. The weird colors you're seeing are reflections and specularity. Are you trying to make cloth?
