This is my mock movie poster. This image depicts the transition that is made in the life and death cycle. Ancient Egyptians once believe that when a pharaoh dies he takes flight. He leaves the physical world and enters the spiritual one. In that spiritual world the pharaoh becomes a star, which symbolizes child, and a few other things. What appears to be the end will be the start of a new beginning. What you see below is my vision of that transition. This piece was first an oil panting I did in 1991. I dedicated it to my late great grandmother

Here is another composite piece. I thought of it as I was listening to the sweet sounds of Anita.

When I did this piece I thought of female elegance.

Great work. As you probsably know, that Sade drawing is by far and away the best- simply very original and well done. The egyptian poster is well done part for part, but the composition seems to lack a little polish. For one the lettering, an art unto itself, seems rather plain and simply overlayed with the PS cracks. Check out his: SW (http://www.moviefanonline.com/theatrical_reviews/star_wars_phantom_menace/starwars_phantom_menace_poster_s.jpg) see how the transitons are not sharp, but hard, and give a solid feeling to the apsects invloved. If somthing is meant to be more atmospheric, it usually is just transparent (just the key values are used, for negative space the backround is used): SW1 (http://www.crankycritic.com/archive99/starwars/posters/sw6-rotj2.jpg) or SW2 (http://www.reelartgallery.com/pages/s/starwars_a.jpg)
The singer looks great too.
see you,
