Cool! Is he making HDRI panoramas pictures? :) I wish I had such a setup!
The camera rotation in the animation is too fast for me though!

Something I noticed was that while he's painting in the animation his hand is in a really awkward position. Whenever I paint I hold the brush more like I would a pencil, not upsidedown with my wrist at a sharp angle.
Modeling looks great though, nice job.

the animation looks stiff in some areas...i think a bit more attention to secondary action may solve that problem.
i would personally take out the rotating camera but if you intend to keep it in there i would slow it down.
other than those things it looks good.

add bump map on to all of your objects. specaily the ground.
