Getting Softimage 3.9 animation data into FBX

ur best bet is to use xsi for getting the data out it,
and then use crosswalk to export the data into fbx.
afaik xsi can read old si files...at least the older
versions could.

You will need a 32-bit version of Softimage 2010 or earlier to import anything from SOFTIMAGE|3D.
