Wow, no ones given you any feedback yet... so I will :D
Overall, not bad. I like the whole alien idea. It may be a little overused, but the cartoony look is cool.
I likey... can I see the wire? I want to see where all those 2954 tris went too. :)

looks fine but almost 3k polys are 2 much for its look. Textures look flat, give the alien a bit more detail!
keep it up

I can't imagine where all those tris went. If I were to guess I'd say it only looks like it would have 1000 tris -at most-.
But I like the texture. And the concept works

I think his flesh tones look much better now.

I quite like this model and think 3k is quite reasonable for a character with 4 arms.
I recommend re visiting your cloth work initially. Try being more subtle with your shadow/highlights and using reference for form.
All in all quite the nice model.

wow, thanks. I am trying to get better with each model. Do you think I should use a bigger texture map? Is one 512 too small for a 3000 tri model?

Texture resolution varies quite considerably between games and or systems.
For example unreal tournament 2003 runs two 1024x1024 per character. But on the other hand playstation two pushes a maximum of 256x256...
