Hi All...

Discreet has announced today that combustion 3 windows product starts shipping for North America today, 14th Oct, 2003.

Cv3 will begin shipping in Europe tomorrow !

The Mac version won't be out 'till next year, us lucky PC users get it earlier... I cant wait for mine to arrive, C3 is awesome, Especially so now that its got Re:Flex bundled with it! (hmmm, warps & morphs driving each other through expression... sa-weet!:) )

Im wondering how long itll be before Discreet ports some of their stuff over to Linux (if they ever do it at all).

Well they recently ported Smoke to Linux:

So they are perhaps testing the waters.

oooo. nice! i was under the wrong impression that they just made a renderer for linux.
