is there in photoshop a possibility to take the whole picture and "duplicate" it to get the same like in a 3d-software repeat uvs? I hope you know, what I mean ...

like a tiled image...?

select the area you want to repeat, then go "make pattern"....then you can "fill" with that pattern :)

you can also check it by using filter>other>offset
