Oh my god. It's unbelievable. Wait, I can't see it. It just says image hosted by tripod. Try uploading it onto cgtalk. When you post a message, you can upload it from your computer.

Very good work. Just a few nitpicks if you don't mind, which I don't think you will because you wanted us to hit you in the face. The face is very good, but the eyes are very almondish, and the ears need fixing, and the neck needs some work as well. Good luck! Wires would be appriciated too.

The fat guy head is interesting. I'd love to see it with the hair and the lip textures finished. Are you gonna model the entire body?

Thanks very much for the replies! There's a lot of work to do yet. As lerpiedood said, I've to tweak the ears, eyes, mouth too, the neck, etc. And textures on the fat guy needs to be worked too. I'll post updates as soon as I can. Thanks for the critics and don't be shy, keep'em coming! Thank you!
P. S. : maybe it would be useful if I use some reference to make heads next time ;)
eYadNesS: thank you, maybe tonight I get the time to open MAX and post some wires for you to see.
Drakaran: yes! i'll make the body too
p0lym0rph: thank you!

Love the fat guys head! nice design - original too. The beard's lookin really good at the mo (i presume its just part of the colour map?)
The womans head is fine - maybe id pinch the corners of the mouth into the cheeks a tad. The mouth seems a little flat.
Get some eyes on that fat guy, texture the woman, and give us an update!
Nice work

I like those models, especially the girl. the wires are very clean, too. Can't wait to see the girl textured!
NICE MODELS MAN...
THE FAT GUY LOOKS FINE FOR ME...
I JUST FOUND THE GIRL NEEDS LITTLE MORE WORK...
LIKE, YOU HAVE TO WATCH OUT FOR THE WIRES AROUND THE MOUTH AND THE EYES...
OTHER THAN THAT IS GOING PRETTY WELL...
I ATTACHED A STILL OF WHAT I MEAN...

Hi there
Nice work!
Feedback:
This is probably a lost cause for the heads, but think on this for the next project:
In order to facilitate animation of facial features you more or less need to model the features so that you have the edges aligned to or perpendicular to the muscles in the face. The perpendicular edges are usually called edge loops since they will circle an area of the face. In your case - look at the area around the mouth of the female head - you pretty much have no edge loop at all (the only loop I can see is very square and runs up on the nose).
Edge-loops or not is not a problem with a head which will only be in the modeled pose, but if you'd like to do a smiling morph/blend shape, you will have a (more) painful experience modeling the smiling shape from this one.
Try to adjust your technique to become less squarish than it is in the pictures and think in terms of these edge-loops.
(edit: I had a bad example here...)
That's my $0.02
Cheers!
/ Daniel

Hello! thanks very much for the c&c! I didn't know about edge loops when I started to model these heads, and now i believe it's too late to fix it, but I'll keep'em in mind for the upcoming projects. Thank you very much for taking the time to explain all that!
Andy H: yes, the beard is part of the colour map. But i think it would be better if i use a plugin to do that next time. I've to learn how to use it before.
I'll post an update soon, stay tuned :)

A little update here. I've redone the ear since the previous was defective. I'll be posting the entire head soon. Thanks for viewing!

wow - its looking MUCH better - it looks really 'soft'.
A lot of character in the eyes too.
If you do as good a job with the textures as you did with the fat guy, it should look great!
Keep it up.

Hey dude, nice work really like the Fat guy, his ears needs a lot of work and few other tweaks need here and there.
Is there going to be any more updates on him, is he going to become a full character and how was his beard and eye brows created
