in the bottom bar says : rendering but the Interactive Render Region still white .
is there any on knows the reason or how it works in the new version of cinema 4d studio 12 ?

Does this happen with only one specific scene, or even with a simple cube in an otherwise blank scene?

there is another proplem srek
if i add anew primitive like a cube its color is black, the default light is active .
in the cube attribute panel the choice of use color is of if i make it automatic the cube use the default light normaly .
this were not happend in c4d 11.5 , if you add anew primitive it used the default light of the scene with no proplem .

Please try to switch off Open GL and use Software Shading. Maybe your graphics card and/or driver is a bit rusty and not fully capable to support what R12 requires by default
Cheers
