The lips (top of bottom and bottom of top) pull in too far.
The mouth area projects out a little too far as well. It resembles an animals muzzel right now.

Her skin is looking too realistic almost. If you are going for a doll look, dolls do not have pores or many of the imperfection we real humans have. All they have is extra plastic lines where the mold was.

The reason I made the "skin" like that is to clone the porcelain skin of a typical collectors -porcelain- doll.

for a doll, she has a lot of pinches in her skin. the bags under her eyes are a little too much for a doll. or even a young girl of her age, for that matter. the bridge of her nose is also pinched to much. try and broaden that up. also, there's something wierd where her eyes connect to her nose; it looks like a little flab of skin. tighten that up. her eyelashes and eyebrows could use more hair.
