Hello ,

I use Maya 2011.

I have 2 questions about Fluid in Maya.

1 - I create Smoke by Fluid , then I render it by mental ray or maya software. But I can't create

motion blur for my Smoke.

What is best solution for Smoke motion blur ?

2 - When I create smoke for Spray I cant control narrow for smoke in start moment.

What I do for solving this problem ?

well you can try doing all that in post. add blur. and pinch the start point of your smoke. hope that helps.

Yeah, you are probably better emitting from a cone then in pos-production, removing the extra density that appears when emiting fluid (it always appears bad like that, when emitting fluids, you should always try to hide your emitter)

As for motion blur, you cannot render fluid motion blur as for the moment (at least that I know of), you need some workarounds witch can be found at the forum just by searching Fluid motion blur.
