I dont get whats going on with these Revolution posters. Are they paintings or what? Something about the people just looks off. I dont think their photographs. Someone said something about the Morpheus poster being a nice rendering. Are they all CG?

Hmmmmmmmm. Uh-huh. Erm. Not sure about it. It's - not as good as the others IMHO. Maybe it looks better really big...?

Reminds me of a sort of anime look. Look at the area around the feet, and it has that Japan animation feel (imo anyway).

Japanime is, afterall, what influenced aspects of the Matrix in the first place.

ahaah! thats great AJ!

The Agent Smith ones do look kinda bad, but I definately like the Neo and Morpheus ones. The trailer made it look cool, but the trailer from the second one looked good too, and well.... the movie wasnt that great IMO

They REALLY upped the cheese factor on the finale. Hugo Weaving must crack up everytime he see that Agent Smith in Retro/80's comic book pose and style. His poster is the worst.

Are these actually the real posters? The ones you can see on the streets?!

Because if they are, I really wonder what's gotten into the artists working on them... the quality is sub-par, compared to the artwork of the previous parts...
The colour of the logo and the slogan doesn't match the green of the code in the back, then the figures all look slightly awkward, that lightning in image 1) could be directly from KPT7...

The word "amateurish" comes to mind :shrug:


Let's hope the movie is better than these posters...
