Very nice job. A few suggestions though, her skin looks as though her face has been sandblasted. A little less bump might do it good. Are you using meshsmooth? If so, you should up the iterations, because there are a few noticeable spots that arnt as smooth as they should be. Keep up the good work, and post some updated pics.

very nice model . ya... in the top part of the nose is too sandy type... reduce the bump.

really nice lighting! But if you work a bit more on hair that would add some more realism. I think thats one of the reasons you didn't the back light., which would add some to the image as well
