I've gotten it to work a couple of times... but the doesn't seem to be any consistency in the snap to path command function. I've done EXACTLY what hte manual says, with occasional success. I've deviated by selecting other options in the striking menu (i.e. curve point as opposed to control vertex) with occasional success. Sometime neigher function works and I just have to keep playing with it. More times than not I find myself flying around the perspective view making sure my CV curves cross one another to successfully cut, etc.
So, is there a trick I don't know about? I'm using maya 4 and trying to align cv curves..
Suggestions? Raves? Do any of you have this problem or am I just an idoit?
