Feel free to rip away.... and suggest improvements/corrections.... it needs it!

The topology needs a bit more work.... and I'm not really happy with the mouth and the nose at the moment....

The lighting and textures are temporary....

Modelled in max.

Well, it's a little hard to tell cause that clay/brick texture is a little distracting. The forehead and the mouth area are both a little flat. Also, you might wanna lift the brows a little, they are kinda squashing the eyes and looks like he could barely open his eyes. You might also post a front and side of the meshes... that could be part of where the problem is coming from. You might also consider adjusting the forehead and mouth areas from top and bottom views. I know it's not the most "comfortable" postion to model in, but that helps me with roundness a LOT. Good work.
