try the manual.
seriously the manual contains all you need to know, however to save you a small ammount of time this time round, either choose to render as editor from the render settings dialog, or use the cel shader post effect.

real production quality wireframe you can only render with wireshader from paul everett. but this is not free.
you can render sort of hiddenline with the cartoonrenderer and some sort of wireframe if you combine it with an transparent material.
hope that helps.
cheers

If you got an uv-mapper you could just use the 'clean' uv-map and throw it on the mesh...and presto, instant wireframe view.
In photoshop you could even make the lines bigger if you want to.

I have gotten some very cool results by using the wire setting in Tessa (Ditools). The 0.892 version (ie free) will allow you to do this fine. Another option built into Cinema is to the use the Atom array object and make the objects that you intend having a wireframe look as a child of an atom array object. To avoid the default "molecular" look , put the sphere and cylinder parameters to .2m or above.
