View Full Version : quick help w/ DOF!!!!!

I have made my camera and set up the dof settings but when I render the camera view it doesnt have the dof!!

what am I doing wrong?

In render settings, under effects; enable depth of field.

below is a screengrab what I get after some tweaking.

I have only R8 demo here so I write down the settings:

camera DOF field:
target distance - 210.655 cm
front blur - 31.492 cm
rear blur - 43.182 cm

render settings->effects->DOF:
blur strength - 10%
blur distance - 100%
