ihmoo 05-30-2002, 01:57 PM i make this scene with fR for lighting and material. i make glass material for bottle and perfumes that face of mesh attach to each other (i think problem from here) then i have this AA problem. (at bottom of bottle) i use Adaptive Halton Super Sampling, this is setting Quality = 0.5 Adaptive Threshold = 0.1
how can i avoid this? :airguitar

Have you got texture antialiasing turned on in the globals? What version of final render, the later (1.3 & 1.4) are significantly faster/better at antialiasing. You could also try the final render super sampler in the material...

I had the same problem with glass in FR, the only way that i figured out to make it have better AAm was to add a blurring AA filter in the render. Or you could use a slight DOF. Here is an example of what i came up with.....let me know if this helps.....
