Hello everybody, I´m working in an animated short and I´m doing mattes in Vue 4 and the animations in Max, And for some I need the models from Vue, anybody knows how to export from Vue 4 to 3D MAX???????:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

I don't use Vue, but couldn't you export as a .OBJ file, then import into max? Does Vue support .OBJ exporting?

not really, vue only uses its own format for 3d objects, maybe a plugin...

jukumari, I'm not usually 1 to say this, but read the f*@ manual. lol I went to the website for Vue4, and it does export OBJ, as well as max file extensions. Here's the link,

Hold on just a moment there, Tbonz -- Vue only exports terrains to those formats. Says so right there on the page you linked. Plants, trees, rocks and the like can only be saved to Vue's native format, and I gather that those are the type of objects jukumari is interested in exporting.

Sorry, jukumari, but I have found no way of getting those models across:(
