CGTalk - max 2010 lights missing?

I bought a book, 3ds max 8 architectural visualisation by Brian L Smith and there is a section about photometric lights.

It goes on to talk about IES sun, target linear target point etc.

I just wanna ask to confirm this, but does max 2010 not have these anymore as I can not seem to find them.

Still there.

Target linear = direct target and target point = target spot.
