This collab forum can be great to recruit and promote in, but I keep seeing these type of recruits....Frankly, it's  lame!

Do you really expect replies....seriously?

You need to go back to square one and put together something better before you post a recruit.

If I was to rate it, I could barely give your recruit 1 star, and that's mainly because you actually came back to check on it.

To give an idea what I am talking about, look at these recruits, they are 5 star efforts> HERE (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=73&t=749944&page=1) and HERE (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=73&t=903072)

Info is presented in a clear professional manner with some compelling images. They also have home base websites/blogs that are equally clean and pro looking.

Get some good images together, concept art or whatever you can manage. If you need to, hire someone to do some art to get the ball rolling. Then find someone who speaks and writes English to help if you can't do the text part properly yourself. Or if you only want artists from India, post at Indian CG site in your native language.

Think about it, if you can't manage a decent, pro looking recruit, how are you going to manage a project?
