Wow, that head is exploding teapots! :eek:

It's difficult to give advice on modeling without seeing the actual geometry/wireframe.

I think you've got a few too many triangles on key portions of the face... and the render shows this.. irregular bumps that you can't seem to smooth out. I'd rework this model and eliminate as many as you can... There are tons of good tutorials they show you how to avoid this common problem. Plus the top of her head looks like an egg. "Coneheads" It's a good start, but keep reworking it.
