I'm very new to figure drawing, but very interested in developing more skill

Im also new to figure drawing :) your last drawing looks really great, keep it up :thumbsup: Wish I could give you some advice but im no expert :hmm:

great start. Key is keep at it! try Andrew Loomis - Figure Drawing for What It's Worth. Study the male and female proportions in there.

Good Start.
Your last quick wikimedia study shows a nice gesture and mood.

I agree with Vicmonty, Loomis is an amazing reference.
For your first posts, try to add variation in line weight next time. If you accent all lines it ends up less interesting that if you accent places of strong force for example.

Keep drawing and practicing is always the key ;)
