Im modeling some male feet and Im not sure how I'm doing. The model looks good to me from every view but the front. Some work could be done with the toes I'd guess.

Looks good, but here is what I would do:
- extend the heal back a bit
- toes look a bit too short
- the top of the foot is too high, bring it down a bit

Maybe adjust the foot so it looks a bit more like this from the front (I used the Photoshop liquify filter):
