Hmm.. needs some work.. too much forehead and the corners of the eyes are odd. I think the lips may be too low as well.

I think a way to say it, is that all the chicks features are too big. Example: the nose, eyes, lips, forehead...
Hate being rough mate, but that's just the idea. And some work on the hair could be better to make it more full.

Hey it's a good start, I think you need to work on the eylids more, especially the bottom ones. It almost looks like she hasn't got any. The eyes are too big and the irises are too small compared to the rest of the eye, they should be about half the diameter of the eye.
