CGTalk - Wire Removal Shot

Hello everyone here's a wire removal shot I did for the web series http://thevirginmattress.com/

I completed the whole shot in about 2 and half days. I stitched together a clean plate which I had to track back into the shot. Then I had to roto the mattress, car and reflections back on top. The shot was a 5 minute steadicam shot so I had to seamlessly integrate the clean plate into the shot. It's not perfect but I did as much as I could with the time I had.

Good stuff, but where's the shadow?

The mattress' shadow got destroyed by your clean plate and not brought back in. That stood out right away, other than that nice job.

Thanks Delucubus. Yep you are very right I didn't have time to put the mattress shadow back. The directors signed off and didn't care about the shadows and it was a pretty quick turn around.
