Is there a way to get rid of the Lattice after deforming an object, so i can free transform the object and not loose the shape i did with the Lattice?

Most of the animation deformers can be removed by deleting history.

Yes, but then won`t be able to animate the eyes, or to be more specific " Create the controls for the eyes "
