good work Mostafa in general.
u have done hard work as modeler, render, animating, and directing.
it's a lot for one person to be prof. in all
sorry for my words but "u want to concentrate on one thing to be prof. in it "

my opinion for animation only
-slow in and slow out is missing
-when she stand up she looking at "floor" and turn around that good motion in turning and poor in standing :beer:
- missing shoots when she start to run u (may facing prop. to start the run)
-good anticipation when she jump but not perfect planing
-u change the direction of running good too
-the last jump may would have some more anticipation .
-the plain motion very poor
-the end shoot (when she wake up ) missing arcs, missing staging and missing overlapping.

may the professional animators here can advise u more

imp note : This is my first video in 3D MAX and AFTER EFFECTS

i mean that good result as a first time in animation , modeling , lighting and more in MAX
