i found these sites while searching on google, they are a good source for anyone doing 3d, from beginner to advanced. This may be in the wrong section. enjoy, i hope these help:

[url]http://www.fineart.sk/index.htm

[URL] [url]http://www.3dcafe.com/asp/meshes.asp

[URL] [url]http://www.3dlinks.com/textures_free.cfm

[URL] [url]http://www.oneodddude.net/main.php?locale=textures

[URL] [url]http://www.muranon.com/axel/character/tutorial_1/[URL]

this last site is a good site for anyone trying to model a human head for the first time, it gives a good low-poly generic head to start with, and step by step directions:)
