When controlling User Data items with either xpresso or a coffee tag. The changes don't get recorded to the UD even with AutoKey mode turned on. Unless I physically click on the UD slider itself.
I think the problem is happening because C4D requires the UD to have "focus". Meaning that the element must be currently selected in order to communicate with the rest of the program.
I've tried forcing track and F-Curve updates on the changed UD slider with Coffee. But it didn't work.
Does anyone have any ideas how to get around this problem?
