Is there a tutorial/guide on the UV Relax tool and how it is used in the interactive mode. I just cant get how it works/cant control it as i would like to control it.

When i add "control points" my UVs just scatter around in uncontrollable way and i just cant get the form i want.

i played a little bit after i watched the movie...
i am getting better results, at least i have a sense of control
