this is my first bouncing ball animation..
without the squash and stretch...
so please comment on this and tell me ways to improve it...

Cool, im a beginner too, you using Maya their or 3ds max, i cant tell lol,

But yea its a good start, Also is that made with key frames or dynamics, im still new, im guess both? Thanks. Nice start too :P

Good start man, but the timing is a little off after the second bounce. Remember that first bounce will be the longest and everything after that shorter as the ball gets closer to a stopping point! My advice is draw out the line of action a bouncing ball would take on paper, then make your your Ytranslate curve in the graph editor look like that, from there it is just deciding how far you want the ball to travel on the Zaxis.

hey :wavey: ....thanks for watching....and its done in Maya.....and yes we both r beginners :beer: .... i have just started learning animation through some videos that i have downloaded. . . . :)
