[B]Project name:
Melody, a 2D fighting game based on combos.

Brief description:
Essentially, we're an indie team and Melody it's a game that belong to the Fighting genre. The player controls two characters, who will fight against an enemy. The player can perform several movements or actions, always seeking to connect chains of movements before the enemy recovers of a hit. This action is called a combo.
On each confrontation, the player has to get a certain combo number to win the battle. Simple, but clean controls will give the player an easy curve of learning the game, but the amount of combos (chain of movements) that him can perform will keep motivating him.
Another reason of interest in the game will be the fact that every action in the game has a certain sound, so it's a musical game too.

Target aim:
A game for the PC and the Xbox live.

Compensation:
We cannot paid but we offer potential revenue.

-XNA
-Microsoft Visual C# 2008 Express Edition

Talent needed:
-A 3d artist will make the 3d character model and then we will render it using it as HD sprites (like Killer Instict from SNES).

Cristian - Game Design, Story writer
Thomas - Engine programmer
