Yeah, nice lighting/ambiance. But I assume your AA settings are a bit low :wip: Please post your settings.

Welcome to the boards...youve made a good first post. Very nice work...need more work on the lighting...think it would emit throughout the whole room dont you think? But great modeling, rendering...everything...great work man...keep it up. Oh and what app did you use to make this? Lil more info would help. Again, great work.

veray good scene, esp. lighting!
just one "crit": why you called this "bedroom"? the only thing that can't figure out in this "room" is a bed... *g*
good job though!

lighting is excellent, you didn't overdo it or create a certain mood which adds to the photorealism. However I think it's too clean. Like you just painted everything and the furniture comes right from the shop etc. Could be you wanted that, but then I still think the walls are too.. "clean" somehow. For example the diagonal corner near your monitor, the wall has more white there where I would expect a darker tone.. This could be also due to lighting.
good job :applause:

And i didn't mention it but i really loved the colors. Blue tones...
My favourite color. As everyone said you may want to work on Lightning. But it doesn't look bad anyway !

there seems to be some wierdness with the gi solution, as many of the corners are lighter then the surrounding walls, when they should instead be darker. for example look at the wall right behind the computer monitor, it is a farily bright area of wall when instead it should be one of teh darkest as the ambient light should be being blocked by the desk, computer, other walls etc.
also the paintings seem to have little halos of light around them on the wall.
perhaps a bit more accurate gi solution would do wonders i think for this shot, giving it a bit more realism, as right now its kinda glowly, almost as if the walls are a bit translucent
and on the modelling side, a little more clutter couldn't hurt :D
look forward to seeing more renders

Nice job, interesting lighting.
Definitely look into what's making the wall edges appear bright, it really sticks out.
