go get some tutorials for modelling in general if you can model, you _can_ model everything... get an anatomical book and go on with your modelling, i guess there are no "how to model a realistic female" tutorials outhere...

sorry to say this but that tutorial while being lengthy and full in detail... the method is rather a huge mess.
