Hi,
Here's my latest work -- Ducati 999S, which took me 45 straight days, 160 hours to accomlish.
I'm not sure whether I post like this will be removed or not (I hope it won't violate the rule)

The image's size is 900x1310.

I forgot to mention. It was modeled and rendered with 3ds Max. Texture and minor postwork done with Photoshop.

Here's the front and rear brakes.

Very nice i love it, except for the kickstand it just seems wrong in some way. Also a more appealing background would make this a masterpiece.

The model is is very good. But you should consider redoing the materials. :p

I like this bike.

Great stuff here !!! I love the huge amount of details.

Where do you find the references (blueprints and so on...) ?

Try a compositing with HDRI to render this beauty. This model needs justice.

The bike looks great but the background seems messy so its hard to see... maybe studio shot would be cleaner?

The model is wonderful, lighting/shading/rendering are quite poor :hmm:

Modeling looks great. In the shot of the front brake, it looks like the brembo logo is backwards...

Thanks for all of the comments and cristic above.

I didn't have blueprints, because I couldn't find any of them over the Internet. I modeled it basiced on the photos I could find.

Sorry, I don't have HDRI :(. I'd like to use it if I have it.

I think the "poor render" caused by the compression.

Please give us some numbers: polygons, time, ....:applause:

The bike's polygons are 258,642. I'm not sure the "time" you mentioned. The modeling time was 43 straight days. I spent more than 3.5 hrs everyday, 10 hrs on my day-offs. the rest (I mentioned above) was the texture and rendering. I think it took me more than 170 hrs for total.

Even worst, I found that I paid a high cost for the rendering. Two of my expensive Rambus memories were broken during the rendering, which caused my Max crashed frequently when I rendered the pictures.

hi kenny,
masterpiece of modeling done, really nice.. 'bout some criticism, front brake's inscription 'brembo' is really mirrored.. it's not looking good.. detail to your speedometer - low polygon count is self-evident.. but,nevermind.. and,i don't like environment too, and materials.. hm.. i really recommending you to use HDRi and finalRender of course.. i will help you with settings etc,if you'll want.. using fR and HDRi .. final result and all renderings will be great,i know.. good luck mate..

Thanks for C&C. About the brand on the brake, I didn't notice that untill you guys pointed out. My mistake. It did caused by mirror, and I forgot to reposition it.

I still use low poly in tachometer, like I mentioned above, my two memorise were broken. The bike has more than 250,000 polygons. I'm using one bad ram. You can imagine how difficult it is when model a heavy poly object in 512MB machine, and this ram is bad. But I will use hi-poly when I receive the replaced ram.

Thanks guys, I appreciate your support!

Kenny
