Heya abazou
make one joint chain for the shoulder strap and then make it splineIK. You could put stretch if you want.
Make one control that is located at the bag, which is going to hold both ends of the strap This way when you move the bag with the control the ends of the strap will move as well. ;)

cool thanks a lot will give it a try :) i've never rigged manually so i'll c how i can make a splinefk and the controls. Will this technique work if i want to make him take off the bag? i should parent the bag joints to the waist curve right? i use anzovin's tsm and here's the character's setup (both ik and fk can be used for the hands).. hehe cool ur from bulgaria i'm visiting Sofia in a couple of weeks. i used to go to varna this is my 1st time visiting sofia.

Copy weights can give very good results if, and only if, the mesh of the straps matches the body.

u mean the strap needs to be part of the body?

No,.. just where there is a division on the body its good to have a division on the strap too in the same place, so when the body moves, the straps deform at the same area.
If not, it will usually pass through areas and its a bitch to weight.
