Hi there,

The only really effective way to improve is to take live classes. Take a lot of them - still life (fundamentals of drawing), life drawing, and perspective. Internet comments may be somewhat useful but honestly I think the best way to improve is to be in a classroom environment where you will be pushed.

if these are drawn from life, (and in some cases) from photos - as opposed to tracing you are off to a good start.

Push the light and dark contrast - more whites and more dark - the images are a bit grey. Try using the extreme light and extreme dark as accents - to show where the tension is in your images (ex - if your figure is bending at the hips, the place where that bend takes place - the conjunction of the torso and hips - should be accented)

Definitely take lessons - from a reputable teacher (community college/University etc.) and take a sketch pad with you everywhere you go and draw, draw and draw some more.

I like the drawing of "House"
