Again, you've done something excellent with no GI at all...
Composition, colors, and lighting... 50 lights?! Cool. :D
Only thing I can crit, is that the bump seems somewhat strange on the left walls, too rough, maybe, or just I dont know, maybe dirt up that wall a bit more...

Like it a lot. Makes me wish it was a 3D environment to walkthrough. I just want to see what fabulous vistas lie outside those window gaps to the left.

Excellent work, in fact I thought that this was your reference picture its so realistic. The only crit I would have is on the hand rail, I think its needs a good metal shader applied to it.

Wow !! what a realistic lighting !
I also like texturing..
One crit is also for me the wall bump on the left, i think with a smaller uvw map it might be better...just my feel.
