Hello!

I'm a beginner / novice in maya and i don't know how to start learning using such a complicated app. Somebody pls tell where can I find some e-Books or tutorials for beginners.
I want to learn Maya because it's the best 3D app i've ever seen ... and I like it.

Keep in mind that... i'm not a beginner in 3D. I mean that i'm now migrating from Cinema 4D to Maya. I've been in 3D for about 2-3 years. To see some images i've done in Cinema 4D and other 3D apps... you may check www.robodesign.ro to see what i'm doing :).

Anyway... I would appreaciate some links to books online or tutorials for learning Maya step by step.

I think firstly
run maya and then click f1 key from keyboard. you have to read Maya Essentials in maya help to understand maya.

and try www.boris3d.de

start somewhere where you want
for instance:
try www.boris3d.de

then try gnomon workshop training dvds

give more time than 3ds or something else.
u ll see advantages of maya.
