musashidan 08-21-2010, 05:57 PM Is the plugin buggy? It pre-computes the mesh and goes through the process of decimating...........but nothing happens. The mesh remains undecimated. Resorting to exporting high res .Obj to 3.5 for decimation, as it works fine there.

Hi! I had similar troubles with 3.5. In that situation repeated pre-computing/decimation (few times) sometimes helped. Hope, it will help :)

I used it today to turn a 6 million poly mesh into both a 1 million, and a 1000 : )
It worked fine for me, although I did install the new one (64 bit) from pixologic website.
