Hi,
it seems FastMarching and Fast Sweeping only works for unsigned distance functions. But in Bridsons "Fluid simulation for computer graphics" section 6.3 on extrapolation he briefly mentions that it can be applied for signed distance functions by using variations of FastMarching or Fast Sweeping.
Can someone help me and point out how fmm/fast sweeping can be modified to work for signed distances?
Thanks,
David
