Vue and Photshop

I think all Vue versions can do that (billboards). The best way to check that is to download a PLE version to test and see whether it works for you and how.

I am sure this is easily achieved, as you would just assign them to a material that is then put on some geometry or a plane. Like Wabe said though, download the PLE version and check it out so you know for sure.
