i like him, he looks wicked enough to have a drink with jabba in the cantina... but why not madel his teeth to preserve the characters continuity, after all the effort you put into the rest of him?? unless they are modeled, then its my mistake...BUT there is that artifact in the corner of his mouth on the coloured image, that looks like a poorly executed alpha channeled plane....

I'll be sure to post the animations when i have them (very soon).
the teeth and gums are modeled but I still have too paint the inside of his mouth black to prevent it from being light. (good observation sean_G :))
some specs on glue.....he was made in maya with poly's. Glue himself is about 5000 poly's unsmoothed. at the moment he has a couple of facial targets and can blink......more blendshapes for breathing and speaking and possibly some jiggle for all that bluba are on the way! I'll try and get simple character rotation up today.

o thats what that is?... well in that case id say hes pretty close to impeccable. --as grotesque as it sounds, maybe just a lil' more detail on the nipples. like another extrusion past the aeriola.. just to keep them along the same level of detail as everything else.

i really like the character, and such an original concept...
looking foward to seeing him anim8ted, he could have alot of personality.- later
