Are you using a sky object with your GI? Check the 'Details' tab and uncheck Show Moon, Stars, Planets. I had some weird issues with those in the past. Hope that helps. Good luck.

I had the GI cache locked and changed the lights afterwards.
Unlocking did the job.

I think this happens with GI + Parallel projection cameras, try replacing the Camera with a perspective one with the focal length cranked right up and move the cam away (along its Z axis)
