there are a few plugs that are free i got the link from postforum. thoght to pass it on to others i dont know if they migh come in handy for someone.
the page is in japanese but once you download the files they have an english readme file

http://homepage2.nifty.com/aquawave/index.html is a really great reference! Nice guy with great plugs and good links to many others that don't appear at plugin cafe (www.plugincafe.com) I'd recommend Iron, Object Selector, stitch and Sew, Weigh-it among others!
